New listings also saw a 15.26% increase, reaching 3,134 listings. However, active listings decreased by 31.55% to 3,278, indicating lower inventory.

The benchmark price for properties within city limits rose by 7.90% to $570,700, while the median price increased by 11.09% to $487,000, and the average price grew by 7.72% to $522,628. The days on market decreased by 28.57%, indicating faster sales at 25 days.

In September 2023, total sales increased by 23.23% compared to the same period in the previous year. New listings also saw an 18.68% increase. Active listings remained stable, and the median price increased by 14.58%, with the average price showing a substantial 15.43% increase. Days on market decreased by 38.46%.
